Can be up to 6 months, but make sure you have smaller goals leading up to your A event

Benchmarks for success

The benchmark for success will be your 10 min power

Areas of focus 

This is a plan where you've develop your ability to hold a strong pace for 10 to 25 miles. You'll learn how to pace your effort to make sure you can execute your time trial flawlessly. There will be a lot of threshold work, where you'll need to concentrate to maintain the pace. 

Level of commitment 

You should aim for a minimum of 3 hours per week. And for make sure you ride your TT efforts in your race position. You want that position to feel super comfortable.
