Weekly training load
Weekly training load provides insight into how well you've ridden the week.
The number of sessions you set for the week, will have a set training load. The goal is to achieve 100%, which means you have ridden a balanced week between volume and intensity.
What happens if I've completed all my session, but not at 100%?
This means you've under ridden your sessions. Don't stress too much. SPOK'D will accommodate this for you in next week's training plan.
What happens if I am > 110%, which sessions still be ridden?
This means you've ridden too hard. If you're above 100% and still have a session left you could enforce a rest day as you've over the training intensity for your training available that you've set.
