Plan session score

Your plan session score is calculated by the average of all your current session scores within the plan. This score can be found in your plan history.

What does it mean?

Undercooked

This indicates that you're behind what you've planned for your training plan. You may be setting a training availability that isn't achievable. Aim to something small, that you not with 100% confidence you can ride it. Then you can look to build up over time. 

Spot on 

You have the balance just right, like a perfectly paced effort breaking a PB result. Keep up the good work. 

Overcooked

You've gone over what you've set out in your training. When you set your availability, SPOK'D balances rest v. work for you. In the work area, you've gone too deep. To dial this backdown, stick the planned work 😀
