Weekly training load

Your weekly training load provides a snapshot of your week's progress.

How does it work?

Your weekly training load is based on the number of intensity points established from the time you have to train.

At the start of the week, your score will be 0 as you train this will increase. The goal is to reach 100% by the end of the week. You can complete this through a mixture of free and planned rides.

What happens if I am at 100%, but I have another session to ride?

This would mean you've accumulated more intensity points that what has been set for the week. If you have another session to ride, you need to err on the side of caution to make sure you don't overtrain.

If you go past 100%, SPOK'D will reduce your workload across the zones you have overridden. Therefore stopping you overtraining and making sure you have the right balance between volume and intensity.
