Weekly intensity score
Your weekly intensity score is a guide that indicates if you're ahead of or behind the planned workload for the week.
How does it work?
At the start of the week, your score will be 0. As you start to train it will increase.
When you start to ride more than what you've planned for the week, the progress bar will start to go red. This indicates that you're ahead of schedule and if you're to continue as you are, you'll over cook the week.
To ambition is to hit 100% of the weekly workload. So if you go too hard at the start of the week, back it off 😀
Use this score like a tipping scale. It's a balance between work and rest.
